As our bakery grows and we serve more customers, we plan to expand our delivery areas and offer a wider delivery range in the future.

Pickup Policy

Our bread is baked fresh in small batches and has a short shelf life.

• Orders must be picked up on the scheduled pickup day.
• If an order is not picked up within 24 hours, it is considered completed.
• After 24 hours, freshness cannot be guaranteed.
• Missed pickups are not eligible for refunds or free remakes.
• Customers may still pick up the order as-is, or request a freshly baked replacement at a discounted price (subject to availability).

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any baked goods.

However, if a mistake was made on our end (for example: wrong item, missing item, or order error), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with details of the issue.

In such cases, we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we always aim to make things right.
